I did not like the expierence with this installation. I thought through the Uhaul Website which I was recommended to that I was getting a qualified dealer/shop to install my hitch electrical assy. Instead I drove for two hours one way to a listed installation center in Florence, SC that indicated on the website availability for a installation at 9am on 10/25/24. I had a 0700 appointment which took me about 2 hours to get to. I was told that they don’t do hitch installation and sent to another location. It took 7 hours for them to locate the hitch and install it. Never again U-Haul
