I want to thank Anthony, the technician/owner who performed the installation of the hitch receiver for my 2021 BMW X1. He mentioned the installation was quite complicated, and it did take several hours to complete. However, I deeply appreciate that he took his time and didn't rush the process. It was AWFUL! The lack of professionalism just to install a hitch completely blew me away. Will not be back, especially since the hitch never actually got installed because they kept putting it off.
Nothing kept getting put off for 1 reason or another. Will never do buisness with Uhaul again. Will post on all social media how dissatisfied I am
