Staff at this NJ location were great. Neat and clean installation.
I thoroughly enjoyed my hitch installation experience at U-Haul. The service team that worked on my vehicle was exceptional. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. What stood out to me the most was the staff's friendliness. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.
EVERY day I had my rental, some teenager was calling my phone to ask when I was bringing it back. In the past Uhaul charged me once I brought the truck back. The entire time I had the truck, money was being taken out of my account . Finally I get my receipt and no one could explain the breakdown of the charges and why insurance was $400 by itself. Again a charge I've never had to pay before. Will NOT go back here. Too much of a headache to deal with daily calls.
Did not have a good experience utilizing the automated system as the system would not accept birthdates or dates from my license. As I left and went directly to u-haul the experience was tolerable yet very helpful.
