Don't even bother with this place. Manager sits at desk and will not greet or inquire about your visit. Doesn't want to do the work. Sat on his phone while I walked around the store at 2pm on a Thursday. I came in two days prior and the man said they wouldn't put a hitch on a2013 vehicle. I came back to buy the hitch and have my mechanic affix the apparatus and the manager didn't even acknowledge my existence. Going to the auto parts store across the street.

Not deal with the assistant manager allie, she is rude and should not work in customer service. If you can not meet the customers specifications for trailer Ball hight, a phone call should be made to the customer. When setting up a trailer hitch, it is important that the trailer sits level and not informing the customer of the issue they sent me on my way without any word that the call is not sweet at the correct height
The installation was done in less than an hour. Super strong warranty on both hitch and wiring.
