I was very pleased with the shop and the people that helped me. I can't say the same for the website. That stinks. I tried to make a change and couldn't figure out how to do it. Couldn't find the phone number. Couldn't find the address. Couldn't find anything. The website stinks You almost lost a sale because of it. Think heaven's the member that helped me was far above acceptable.
nicest staff Abby and Johnathan, , did not get the installers name but he was great too did a wonderful job on the install,, I like how the hitch looks
This is what I DIDN'T LIKE!!! I received a call 2-3 days before my appt letting me know that the pro hitch installer was not going to be available on Sunday for my appt. They asked if I could come on Monday. I scheduled my appt for the weekend because I work in a hospital and I would need to take a day off to come during the week. My appt was scheduled 2 months in advance and I pre-paid. As you know it's hard to find avail times on the weekends and I need my hitch for the summer.
