Nothing it did not happen...went to my scheduled appointment and was told they do not do that service at the Cohoes, NY location....was told his manager would call me the next morning...shocker, that did not happen either...then I called the uhaul customer service which after getting put on hold and transferred got me right back to the same employee telling me once again his manager would call me, still no response...severely poor customer service
This place is run in a very customer oriented way. I put together my information online and set up a reservation, then show up on time, and they have me on the road in 10 minutes.
Anthony from the 139 Broadway Albany NY location redeemed Uhauls reputation by squeezing me in after the cohoes location apparently no longer had a hitch technician and failed to call and let me know. I made the appointment and paid for the hitch a month before my appointment. Good thing I called before my appointment to ask a few questions. I would’ve showed up to my appointment with my car only to be disappointed with no hitch. Terrible.
