I was happy with the order process & the quickness of the installation. The only thing I was not happy with is the installer did not put the items back in my car the way they were when he moved them out of the way to install the hitch in my SUV. I have the 3rd row of seats put down so I have more cargo room. He moved a rug back and moved the items I had on one side. He pushed them back so he could get to my cargo area.
