Email, telephone and in person and you guys forgot about me so no I am completely dissatisfied with your non-service because there was no service provided. What company forgets about a person when it's confirmed so many times? Sure I could reschedule but I scheduled this 2 weeks in advance and I shouldn't have to reschedule for something that I confirmed three times.
