Improvement needed on website!! show actual pictures of equipment purchased. It was the wrong hitch when I arrived it required drilling through my bumper!!! The young man at the Middletown location was intelligent and caring enough to come ask before proceeding with install. He also found the correct hitch and installed it just a few days later. Great job Middletown U-Haul. I will recommend to everyone. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was also very clean and organized.
