The man I talked to at the store was extremely knowledgeable. He told me they would have to cut into my bumper to install the hitch and wanted to confirm with me that I was okay with that. I said no, the installation never happened and now almost two weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund. Give me my money back!
Your mechanic Derek screwed up when replacing my exhaust and left me with a very loud rattle. When I went back he claimed it was an old exhaust connection, then broke the clamp so I had to buy another. After all of that, the rattle is coming from the area where the hitch and my muffler meet, not where he claimed it was. I'm going to have to take my car to a shop and spend more of my money to fix your employees mistake.
I waited an hour and a half in the driveway just to find out they didn’t have the right hitch for my truck. On top of that they broke the glass to my brake light so now I have to go get that fixed as well. Go somewhere professional trust me
