I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!! I did not like any part of this experience. My appointment was at 7am and online I selected the option to wait at the store while it was being done, since I live 1.5 hours away and it was supposed to take 3 hours, according to your website. Upon arrival at 7am on the dot, I was informed that it would take a bit longer than 3 hours, and they did not have a place for me to wait. According to the website Houma was the only place in my area doing installs. Created an appointment online. Website also said i could stay amd wait to get it done. Left my house 545am to get there in time. Got there. and parts weren't available and tech wasn't there. Was also told that I couldn't wait. Asked to speak ti a manager. Was told I would get a call.
