The installation did not happen as the part that was supposed to be ordered was not ordered or delivered by the warehouse. I drove one hour to get there only to find that the part was not present. It's amazing that a rep did not inform me before hand that I should not come. This was a business related install that I needed for a fair that I am a vendor for and it was very important to me.
