Called in and asked for a rough idea on a hitch install and was told if I didn’t want to give me phone number and info for a rough idea they wouldn’t even look to see if they had one and what it costs. Requiring personal information to get a universal price is ridiculous and bad service.
We recently moved from Yakima WA to Maryville TN, the U haul in Yakima said it would 6 to 8 weeks to get an appointment, in Maryville it took less than a week and cost over $100 less. I'm very pleased with my experience.
