When I got to the Uhaul service center for my Monday 06/03 noon appointment they were very rude and told me they couldn't install my hitch because the guy was on vacation this week. We had made this appointment a few weeks ago online and nothing was said that they couldn't install it on the day I scheduled. We have to reschedule. We drove over 20 miles each way. Very dissatisfied.
Absolutely nothing I bought hitch A,and uhaul installed hitch B,did not tell me they were going to switch to the cheaper hitch.wiring installed was a ghetto trash install,uhaul did not test after install because there was no fuse in vehicle,so they threw some cheap wiring on and didn't test it.also wiring was ran thru rear hatch that you close door on so hangs out like tail,now I need to redo wiring,if there was a negative 0 rating I would have left that so don't go to uhaul for hitch buy somewhere else
