Nate was great! Friendly and explained the process. Super knowledgeable and professional, which makes me feel confident that I'll have no issues with the hitch. Process was pretty quick and painless, which I loved.
Hitch was installed professionally, performed on time and came out amazing! The service manager Rob was very helpful and thorough! Rob is a superstar for sure! Strongly recommend for others!
Instalation was excellent, however the order clerk person was not friendly and had lack of knowledge for my Instalation needs.
