UPDATE: I changed it to 4 stars, from 2 stars, because the manager got in touch with me and was able to offer the remaining parts and installation at a closer location. It doesn't change the bad experience and short notice on everything, but it does meet our needs with minimal additional effort on our part, so I really appreciate it. I know sometimes inconveniences are unavoidable, but what really annoyed me about all of it was the short notice on everything.
