I WAS ASKED WHAT I LIKED ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE,NOTHING, BEING IN THAT STORE WAS A NIGHTMARE, THE WRONG HITCH WAS INSTALLED AFTER I WAS CLEAR ABOUT WHAT I NEEDED. I WAS IN THERE THREE TIMES AND THE "COMPUTERS" WERE DOWN THE WHOLE TIME WITH UNHELPED CUSTOMERS STANDING IN LINE WITH NO WORDS BEING SPOKEN, SILENCE, I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A BAD MOVIE! NEVER AGAIN!
