I went there to fill up my 100 pound propane tank. They were fast curious and a fair price.
I made the appointment two weeks in advance. I showed up on time and they told me the parts weren’t there and that FedEx would be delivering in a couple hours, so I came back. They still had not been delivered and U-Haul blamed FedEx, and, or the parts manufacturer. “ It’s not on us “ they said. It was everyone else’s fault. I made an appointment to get a hitch installed. Had the date written on my calendar. When I dropped the vehicle off the day before, they had me down for a different date. Then I waited quite a while as they talked on the phone to the mechanic to see what they could do. I needed the hitch the next week. They said there was nothing they could do! Not happy with the service!
