I want to give a huge shoutout to Lester, the relief manager at U-Haul. He was incredibly kind, professional, and so easy to work with. He really went above and beyond to help me out when I needed it most, and I truly appreciated his patience and efficiency. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making the experience better for the customer and he did exactly that. Thank you, Lester, for making a stressful situation a lot smoother. U-Haul is lucky to have you!
Be careful here, they will charge you a fuel fee even if the gauge haven’t moved! 6 miles they charged me a fuel fee! Very poor service. I also waited over an hour in line with only 2 people ahead of me. Don’t waste your time here.
