We bought our trailer brand new from Trailer Hitch and several things on it broke. After so many unanswered attempts to get help to fix it I took it to the competitor. After convincing me not to let the competitor do the repairs I agreed to allow them since they promised a one week turnaround. They had it for 5 weeks and when I got it back I still didn’t get all my repairs done! Now I’m going on 4 additional weeks and nobody even has the courtesy to call me with the status of my repairs. Hitch RV is simply the best. My wife and I just purchased our first travel trailer and the staff at Hitch RV made the entire process so pleasant, easy, and reassuring. A ittle late with this review. I bought an RV in late January. The price, the process, and the people were fantastic. Easy no pressure experiance. Look here first when you need an RV, I will for my next one.
Absolutely amazing! Tony in service's is a life saver and I greatly appreciate him! He got my weight disruption hitch attached so fast ended up being cheaper then what was quoted. Then when I needed something changed he helped me right away. Thank you so much Tony definitely would recommend to others!
