I have bought new cars,trucks,motorcycles and RV’s for more than 60 years. I have never had such poor service (none) with any vehicle I have bought. I talked to the service and sales managers and never got a response! I also talked to a sales person and they all said I would get a call. It has been months that I have been waiting for a call. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Dont buy from them. Great before sale. Horrible after sale.

These people are a joke........yes their prices are the best but their service and people skills leave something to be desired! My husband and I have been looking for a Voltage 3990 for over a year.....we found it at Trailer Hitch RV.....over 6 hours from our winter home! Before we took delivery we tried to get everything dialed in.........when I called I was disconnected every time.......then when I complained I was directed to "Mike the King" this is what he called himself and expected me to as well! I called this morning first thing to find out about ordering a portable counter top washing machine for an RV. When I looked up on-line where I could purchase one Trailer Hitch RV came up under RV supplies. The woman that answered the phone was not nice at all. She was my first contact with this establishment and she was not wanting to go out of her box to look up, find, order or try to help accomodate me. Her attitude was crap. I have to thank my wife for gently insisting that we buy this trailer. I had my eye on the new master craft and visions of late afternoon glass at the lake but she convinced me that we would get more use out of a camper (I prefer a tent). We stated our RV shopping at the Pomona show this year. We found a Kodiak trailer that we both loved but it was $40000 and we still felt that we needed to look around more and make sure we were going to get the right one. We drove from San Jose to buy our new Elk Ridge fifth wheel on 6/30/2012. Mike was great and handled all of our questions before we committed to buy. We were able to find a slightly better price on the installation of the maxxair vent covers online but wound up having them put them on for us. The thing we liked the best was that our email inquiries were answered quickly when we first contacted them with questions about the brand and options. Purchased used 5th wheel here - they tried screwing us fromt he get go - 7000 k over worth - charging 2350 for the 5th wheel hitch - and 2999 for a warrantly when i got it elsewhere for 1999, got a 5th wheel hitch installed and airbags for 1100. then denied to fix a broken fan, molding and adjustment to a slide out within 3 days of purchase.
