Happy Friday. I am excited to start on my spring garden in my little oasis! Thanks Dave for always hearing me out and being a great manager here.
Really good place to live. Wife and I have been here for a year now. Very safe place. The manager, Dave and his maintenance guy, Axel are always available to help whenever we need something. I.e. propane filled on site, grass trimming,etc. Our neighbors are quiet and hard-working. Mostly families live here, no complaints.
Location is close to BART. Site is a quiet community. Dave is a professional site manager. Clear with the rules and shows care in welcoming new tenants to the community.
