When my family had to find a place to live. I called Trailer Haven Home & RV Park. Dave answered the telephone and gave me his cellphone so I could contact him when we were ready to look at the available open spot. Dave was very friendly and accommodating. We are happy to be residents of Trailer Haven, it is clean, quiet, and assessable to the grocery stores and freeways. Thank you, Dave for allowing us to be part of a great community. Great place to live. Dave the manager is always helpful and the grounds are well kept.
I have had a wonderful experience living here the place is quiet and the maintenance crew keeps the grounds very clean. Dave the manager was helpful with getting a lease here, he also helped me back my Trialer into my space. Dave gives a friendly smile and hand shake when we see each other. A great place to live.
Lived here for about 3 months and so far been pretty nice at the trailer park, friendly or polite neighbors, Dave has been a big help since I’ve moved here and has been helpful every time I ask about something.
This has been an awesome place to live. The other people in the park have been very friendly. The park manager Dave is very helpful and professional. I love that the park is always clean. I am constantly seeing the maintenance and upkeep on a normal basis.
