If there were an option for NO STARS, or negative stars, that’s what I would leave! Wayne was very unprofessional throughout the process of us trying get our trailer fixed. He never did nor stuck to what he said he would do. He would avoid and ignore our phone calls and when we finally would get a hold of him, he would keep making empty statements and would not do what he said he would do. There was no follow up ever!
