I purchased a towbar tongue and DO35 tow pin, but I mistakenly ordered the incorrect parts twice 🙈Despite my actions creating absolute chaos, at the end of the business day, I had a phone call from the store manager where I could explain what parts I wanted and what I wanted cancelled. It was all sorted and I received the parts I wanted quickly without any further issues. I really appreciate their great service. Highly recommend TCA.
Had some damage to a hitch in transit (no fault of TCA). Sent photos and had a call within ten minutes with a solution. New part sent as soon as they could. Definitely Recommend.
We bought a new van from a Sydney Dealer at a Caravan Show, and we arranged to have it shipped to TCA for collection, as TCA also sell that brand. Toby at TCA did all the rego running around, and gave us a very long and thorough handover, even though he wasn’t actually making any money from the sale. Ordered a lovells drop hitch. I was sent to wrong one, so we arranged to send it back. I was sent the correct part 2nd time round. The replacement part is a used part that has paint missing and small marks and chips all over it. The part was sent in bubble wrap, so it isn't from postage. Poor customer service sending parts in this condition
Kumar deserves more than 5 stars. His attitude and friendliness is refreshing. I purchased a stinger aluminium tow-ball tongue at a great price and I couldn't be happier. I also got 2 x sirocco ll fans for my caravan. I was surprised at how quiet they are. They are so much better than anything else out there. Their prices are much better than I could get elsewhere. Thanks again for the great and memorable service.
