Purchased our first ever Austrack Caravan through TCA. Toby was easy to deal with, helpful and felt no pressure which made it a pleasent experience. Overall a very happy with the service/product and would highly recommend.
Absolutely abysmal customer service! No advice of when item would be sent. No proactive communication at all. Only time I heard from them was to ongoing emails from me.
Good prices but 3 days to send something is very average in todays market. Most send same day if ordered before 2pm or next day otherwise. Not 3 days later.
Excellent service, plenty of different stock. Great caravan accessories.
