I was very disappointed with this hotel/motel. We paid over $300.00 for a night in the most bare hotel room I have stayed in, no chairs other than one desk chair. No closet, no luggage rack, two paper cups only, awful coffee. No decaf in lobby. Very unattended front desk. I will never stay here again. It is really awful that Marriot would put its name on this property. We come here frequently on business and would never stay here again or recommend it. What a poor excuse of lodging at any price.
Dirty shower walls. Tile falling off shower floor. No spa except w $100 charge. Complimentary drink and apps were a sip of wine and popcorn. No fitness room. Good coffee
Overpriced for amenities; Overpriced for pet stay; Location too close to busy busy highway to cross safely to town.
Great, moderate choice in Highlands. Good location, spacious rooms, lots of activities
