Ordered in March 2021, due for delivery in October 2022. It wasn’t ready and we weren’t warned about the delay, still wasn’t ready by March 2023 by which time we had had enough. They agreed to refund but 12 months later we are still waiting on our money back.
Best thing anyone could do is stay as far away from these people as possible I have never dealt with such an unethical company as this before They will look you in the eye and just tell you lie after lie If you get your van with in two years they think they have done you a huge favour I personally know of two unfortunate couples who have waited three years Their workmanship is appalling some of their fittings are the cheapest they could possibly find (photos are self explanatory) These people do not deserve to be in business... read more
Don't buy from these lying rip off merchants. Unhappy with our well over due custom slide on. Nothing innovative as they suggest, we didn't even get a kitchen with ours 🤦. Leaked on the first night in it, they tried to fix and failed then soon handballs any issue to suppliers.
Absolutely the worst company to deal with, the owner Phil Richardson is arrogant and has nothing but lied to us, I have motor neurone disease and they incorrectly built our camper which meant that I couldn’t even get into to the bed because they didn’t install the correct amount of steps leading up to the bed with many other incorrect features and the main frame underneath bent being transported on our landcruiser there were bolts not done up and numerous other issues and ultimately meant I couldn’t take my boat around Austr... read more
