They are very helpful and have an excellent assortment of pet items. I needed a multilevel tower for my kittens to enjoy and be active; found it at the store on East Ave. The clerk Erin was extremely helpful and insisted on putting it in my SUV. Have always had great experiences at this store.
I just got my puppy and needed some things. The staffs at both locations are very knowledgeable and eager to help. I will definitely be going there more.

Wonderful staff, we always take our dogs in for Nail Trims. They also have a great selection of food, treats, clothes, and other pet supplies.
The best quality treats and dog food. Always excellent customer service. Always a pleasure going into TrailBlazer
We just recently moved to the Chico area and have checked out a few other groomers but didn’t seem to mesh well... Our Manny had his first experience with Hannah and it was great! She did such a great job with him and we’re looking forward to going back for all our grooming and pet supply needs.
