Trying to get a terminal illness form and I explained my referral, and they talked down to me and then repeated what I said like I was stupid. I’m dying, but not weak enough to put with that attitude of whomever takes your calls at 8pm. My life is ending, last thing I want is the negativity of your staff making this harder for myself.

A majority of the staff here was incredible. Especially Sarah and grant. Unfortunately the attitude of one nurse, Dana, really affected me. She mocked my loved one as he died because of his inability to speak due to brain cancer and all around had an awful attitude. I’ll never forget her callous demeanor as I was going through the worst time in my life.

I'm sorry Marie with Trailwinds Hospice that a death at 4am was an inconvenience to you and your sleep, and that you drove to the wrong location because you didn't know or ask where to go, but that's not something our staff is responsible for. I hope you treat the family and patients better than you treat the staff caring for the patient. Everyone else though I've ever dealt with through Trailwinds has been a pleasure and you are hardworking and caring.

I was thoroughly impressed and comforted by the care the team provided. Highly recommend if your loved one needs this service. They are compassionate and truly caring.
