I'm sorry Marie with Trailwinds Hospice that a death at 4am was an inconvenience to you and your sleep, and that you drove to the wrong location because you didn't know or ask where to go, but that's not something our staff is responsible for. I hope you treat the family and patients better than you treat the staff caring for the patient. Everyone else though I've ever dealt with through Trailwinds has been a pleasure and you are hardworking and caring.

I was thoroughly impressed and comforted by the care the team provided. Highly recommend if your loved one needs this service. They are compassionate and truly caring.

First and foremost, thank you to each and every individual that cared for our Mom and us. The Trailwinds team was incredible. We appreciated the continual guidance and thorough conversations as our mother’s needs were continually changing. Our Mom was treated and loved with so much respect, kindness and professionalism. I will miss seeing my Mom’s nurse, Ann. She was a daily blessing. I would also note the ability to call 24/7 and get help/guidance was so valuable.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Going through a very difficult period for the first time and not knowing where to turn requires extraordinary help and Cara and her organization were there every step of the way providing as much support as we requested. They could not be kinder or more compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I wish I could give them a higher ranking.

Becky was so compassionate and kind as my mother transitioned, and she was exceptional after my mom passed. My family and I are grateful that we had such good guidance, attention, and care.
