Been there a few times and found the experience similar to a cow being herded through a pen but I ultimately got my exams and glasses. The last time we were a few days early for my plan to pay for our exams so we paid out of pocket...we then wanted to order glasses which would be a couple weeks to have before they would be ready to pick up.....they wouldn't order them for us without full payment in advance even though they were aware my plan would be able to pay for part of them in a few days and I would pay immediatley for ... read more
