Huge thank you to Javier with Trail Tricks. Had set up to purchase a new bike in Montrose on Saturday. Contacted Javier in the middle of the week, he is normally not open on Saturdays but I dropped my bike off at 9am on Saturday and he had it done within a couple hours. 10/10 service
This has to be the 2nd or 3rd review I’ve ever left on google but I had such a bad experience, I want to make others aware of what happened. I am from Florida and I’ve been riding dirt bikes for about 3ish years. Long story short, I decided with a buddy to take an epic trip out west to do some of the best trails in America. BEWARE! After initially having Trail Tricks complete my suspension which took roughly two and a half months to complete the performance was mediocre at best and did not meet the claims made by Javier. They would not stand behind their work and I was forced to go elsewhere. I took my suspension to another reputable shop and they were taken back by the modifications completed and required replacement of many components modified by Trail Tricks stating they were unsafe and something they would not allow out their door.
