We just got new Falken A/T4W tires for our Travato Camper van. Joel was wonderful, very friendly and attentive to our concerns, as we have had questionable service from other shops in the past. He gave us a fair price and the job was done in a timely manner. We do not live in Vernon, BC or even in BC, but we would not hesitate to return to this location for service in the future if it was required, and we would definitely be looking for Joel should the eventuality ever occur.

I have heard many good things about the store… but I would just say caution is needed. A family member went in to get tires for their car and was told they would give a “good deal” on tires but the sidewalks are 45 instead of the stock 55. That is a 1.36 inch different in the diameter and now the car scrapes over ever speed bump. I had actually called in after to ask about why but was told that they were already on the car and “would work.” I give 2 stars as honestly the deal wasn’t great….
