I hate to write poor reviews, but unfortunately I have too. I recommended Trail tire for oil changes for my girlfriend after her Toyota left warranty. The first 3 visits were great (I was with her), they changed the oil, fixed a slow leak in a tire, and never up sold us on anything we didn't need. I trusted them to treat her the same when I wasn't with her.... The first time she was sent alone, she was upsold "fuel injector service" to the tune of 260$ on her 2019 Highlander, with 80,000km. I would be wary of this place. Although I’ve never personally taken my vehicle there, I recently purchased a car whose previous owner had it regularly serviced at this location, including the most recent oil change before I bought it. When the vehicle was due for another oil change, I took it to a shop closer to home. During the inspection, the mechanic found that the oil plug gasket was cracked and causing an oil leak. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience here. My car had a simple battery fuse issue, but Mr. Rayan told me that the alternator was damaged and that the entire AC compressor also needed to be replaced because it was supposedly interconnected with the alternator. Based on this explanation, he quoted me around $1500 CAD for the repair. This explanation did not seem right to me.
