We stopped by this SW Trail at 17th ave and 37th st to ask a few quick questions about their services. We regret doing this. We left feeling awful. Really bad experience. Surprising that a guy talks to people like that. Beware. Really awful place in our opinion. Obviously we chose not to get any work done here. We're glad we didn't after reading some other reviews.
They provided quality tires at a reasonable price. They exceeded the service expectation they had set. I will certainly be using this shop again.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others. I brought my car in for a relatively simple issue, and not only did they take longer than promised, but when I finally got my car back, it was in worse condition than before. The original issue wasn’t even properly fixed, and now there are new problems that didn’t exist before they touched it. Got an appointment on short notice that got me back on the road on schedule for my cross Canada trip. It was done on time and with friendly service. They also gave treats to my dog which I approve.
Worst experience ever!! Took my car in for new brakes. They replaced front and back, pads, calipers everything. Had to bring it back the next day because it was making a worse noise than before. Turns out they didn’t clean the rotors properly and now I’m here waiting AGAIN for the 3rd day. Customer service sucks. The only decent person is Ryan. Brandy is especially horrible.
