Ok I cannot rave enough about the service, compassion and efficiency of this location. I’m a dog walker and had just started my day, got a rogue nail fast peak puncture. I tried 5 other places and no one could fit me in. Trail fire was amazing- they squeezed me in, and allowed the 3 dogs in the store to wait. They even had dog treats?! Honest to God, these guys were a godsend and I’m so grateful to have found this location. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend Trailtire Westbrook. You guys saved me!!!!
I've been going to these guys for the past 12 years but after my last 2 visits, I won't be going back. Last summer, I took my wife's car for a transmission drain & fill. A few days after, I noticed oil on my garage floor. Took the car back and turns out that they missed putting in a bolt. No worries, mistakes happen, fine. Fast forward this past month. I took my truck in for the same transmission drain & fill. Got the truck back and the transmission was downshifting when it wasn't supposed to and got the gear icon on my dash... read more
