I am disappointed with my first (and last) experience with Trail Tire. I brought my car in for a winter tire changeover and whichever technician worked on my car fully did not tighten the wheel nuts on one of my wheels. All were looser than they should have been but the front driver side was so loose one of the nuts came off the bolt after one turn by hand. The whole front end was shaking and screaming as the tire wobbled as I limped my car back to their shop. It could have fully fallen off and likely caused damage or injury... read more
If you’re buying new tires and spending a bunch of money this place is great. But as soon you want to install a cheap set of Facebook tires, they wont. Only go here if you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money that you don’t need to spend.
Charged us for a $250 out-of-province inspection when they could have told us it wouldn't pass just by looking at the tint when we drove up. Then they were kind enough to offer to do all of the work to get it approved for $2000+. Money grab, couldn't care less about their customers, zero human compassion. Hope karma finds you all.
Place will gilt trip you every phone call and try to up sell you. Never again.
So apprently your able to put a tire on the rim but you can't put the rim on the hub with the tire. Huh makes sense eh go back to Australia
