They helped me out of a jam with new tires very recently and then when I screwed up the brand new tire they covered it under warranty even though it wasn't their fault... Thanks a lot guys I really appreciate it!
I was on my way to work at the hospital when a got a flat from a foreign object stuck in my tire - I panicked and rolled into their shop I dropped the car off and they got me going within a couple of hours- they look on their face said " don't worry we got you- get to work" I never felt so grateful for such nice people that day- definitely a place to visit for any of your tire needs.
Recently purchased / installed 4 new tires at this location. The good : they ordered the tires I wanted, made appointment to install in a reasonable amount of time at quoted price. The Bad : when I arrived for appointment, the salesperson seemed to be upset to be bothered to get out of his chair and come to the service counter, he did not greet me, ask how he could help me, nothing. Overall great experience with the Trail tire on 16th ave. The guys here are reliable, knowledgeable and amazing to work with. Nothing but good things to say.
I phoned for a quote and the guy was so so so friendly, gave me very good advice without even trying to sell me anything. Just wanted me to be informed!
