Trail Tire has been an incredibly helpful and truly professional in every single aspect I have ever encountered at this location. Darren and Kent are the primary two you could meet at the front of the store. They are not only professional and veteran when it comes to car related mechanical issues, they are also incredibly professional while remaining fully capable of handling pretty much anything you throw in their direction. These guys are awesome. Driving on 16 Ave, hit a pothole, my back left wheel sounded like it was irreparably broken. These guys, within 1.5hrs of closing time take me in, rapidly assess and order part on rush (which was a broken shock mount) and get me back on the road by 4pm. Incredibly good service and value. I will be going here again 100%
