Bob and Chris provided us excellent service on short notice when our tire developed a nail puncture at 4:30 in the afternoon. We walked in and Bob took the truck in right away providing an air conditioned waiting area for us and our dog on a very hot day. They loved making a fuss over our dog Cricket. After a quick patch they had us back on the road in no time at all.
Our tire and rim on the back passenger side of our Dually were damaged going through a construction zone at midnight, while being squeezed between a rock fall, and a semi that was partly in our lane. We were lucky to be able to drive to Revelstoke, spend the night there and go to Trail Tire in the morning (Saturday). We were unannounced, but our service was incredibly good! They were able to salvage the tire and get it mounted on a spare rim we had, and send us on our way with a smile in record time. I couldn’t recommend the... read more

I was so thankful for the guys at Trail Tire. Was travelling solo with two young kids through the pass when I had some car issues. Made it to Trail and they were so helpful, accommodating and kind. They had me fixed up and back on the road in 1.5 hrs. Price was so fair and couldn’t thank them enough.
Last week I was in a panic. My sister and I were headed to Kelowna from Calgary because our father was hospitalized. My low tire pressure light had come on so I pulled into the Tire Shop. They took my information, sent us for a coffee and told me they would look after me right away. My tire was fixed before our sandwiches were even ready (less than 20 minutes).
