I cannot say enough good things about trail tire in Spruce Grove!!! So friday afternoon I was cleaning my car, I pushed my drivers seat ALL the way back then boom it was stuck!!! I tried and tried to get the seat to move forward but no luck... So i said screw it and im just go run my errands. Dave and his staff have been nothing short of compassionate and professional when dealing with my Colorado. They are helpful in diagnosing, repairing, and giving important advice taking care of my vehicle. They are honest and get the job done without all the extra expenses. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
Dave and his crew are outstanding!! Quick trip to Edmonton, and something didn't feel right. Stopped by and asked them to take a look. They put two tires on their balancing machine and noticed we had a split in the tread. We mentioned we were heading on a week long highway trip thru the mountains. This was not recommended or safe. Dave allowed me to see the damaged tire myself on his machine(completely transparent business move in my eyes). I'm not sure most businesses would do this. Another 10 out 10 Dave! Bought a few sets of tires from them now. I was unhappy with my most recent set; they tried to rebalance them and then swapped them with a different tire for free.
