Initial purchase and set up went fine but continued service is absent. I've messaged with them numerous times about a new lid that I would purchase but it appears I'm on my own. I also had the shock go bad and after talking with them had to figure out a replacement on my own. It's a great trailer, just understand you're on your own after the purchase.
Beautiful trailer, great craftsmanship, and it’s very cool that it’s not only built in Canada but an hour away from me in Kelowna BC. I just got it and am really looking forward to towing it, it’ll be hooked to my rigid Harley, I pulled a dual wheel trailer before but the wind resistance was high, the Trailtail will have very little resistance. Fisso is a great guy, very good idea in developing this trailer. 2 👍’s up
