The front desk staff at Trail Street medical where quick, responsive, professional and polite on all of my visits. I am extremely grateful for their service. Highly recommended
Had such a wonderful experience. Reception team lovely and nurse. Dr Tan was fantastic, good bed side manner and very helpful. Also the only GP I’ve ever had running on time and not 30 mins late.
Had a great experience here. The reception staff were so helpful, in particular Quinnie who was so friendly and took the time to patiently explain what was required before my appointment and assist with medication changes. Will definitely be coming back.
Great place to go if you want a doctor who doesn't listen to you at all. Better if you don't want tablets because they'll prescribe anything and everything.
