We recently picked up our brand new Trail caravan and we are over the moon with our purchase. We couldn't have asked for better customer service before and after the arrival of our van, no problem was too big or small. We highly recommend Trail caravans if you're looking for a well made caravan with friendly and helpful after sales service.
Recently purchased a new custom build caravan from here. Made an online enquiry about a second hand caravan. After a week of no reply I questioned whether they were interested in selling something, I received a very aggressive response blaming something I had done that caused the issue. They obviously don't need to sell anything with that attitude.
