My wife and I lived at Trail Run for two years and found it phenomenal! We would've stayed for longer but chose to move to shorten our commutes. Nestled right against a beautiful forest, the setting is peaceful and scenic—perfect for anyone who values quiet and nature. We have lived here for about a year and half and absolutely love living here. The apartments themselves are super nice and spacious, the amenities like the pool and gym and other common spaces are always spotless and enjoyable to use. Any maintenance issues we’ve had (and there is very few issues) , they’ve gone above and beyond to fix as quickly as possible. I would not recommend Trail Run Apts. Some positives: The apartment itself is cute and decent sized. Community is nice. The maintenance team was superb. Great amenities; gym and pool. Dog friendly. However, the management team, specifically Brianna, is rude and unpleasant to interface with. When my fiancé and I first moved in in 2019, a faulty sprinkler pipe burst and flooded our apartment entirely. They, gave us an apartment with a broken washing machine und disposal, the girl manager asked us to sign documents without checking, convincing us that they were fixing problems without problems. Disposal They fixed it quickly and without problems, but we still struggle with the washing machine to this day. Machine makes loud banging sounds during spin mode. I moved to Trail Run mid-May. So far, I have only had one unfortunate experience with an out-sourced towing company, and that was rectified by Trail Run management. Other than that, I have had only positive experiences. The leasing office staff are very friendly and responsive. This place is well-managed, clean, safe, pet-friendly, and offers a variety of amenities. Update 7 months later: My next issue was over the summer- ants.
