Cheap quality, very thin floors if you have upstairs neighbors. Management is unpleasant but made my move out quick and painless. Washing machine wasn't hooked up and flooded my apartment.

Trail Run has a fantastic facility. The amenities they have are great. And what I love most as a dog lover is the dog washing station. Most importantly, the buildings and apartments are spacious and clean. The staff there is very lovely as well. Berenice helped me on a tour. She was very accommodating as I was running late and still allowed me to have the full time for our tour. She was very knowledgeable about the property and what each unit offered. I’ve lived at Trail Run for almost two years and I couldn’t recommend the complex enough! The management team is responsive, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the property is always clean and well-maintained. The amenities are a big plus — I live by the pool in the summer, love sitting by the fire pit, and use the gym regularly.
