I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is peaceful and quiet, which makes it easy to relax after a long day. The office staff is always friendly and supportive—they go out of their way to help with any questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the team is always courteous and professional. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home, I highly recommend this apartment community.
Cheap quality, very thin floors if you have upstairs neighbors. Management is unpleasant but made my move out quick and painless. Washing machine wasn't hooked up and flooded my apartment.
We lived at Trail Run for 5 years, and our experience was truly exceptional. Our property manager Brianna Brockett, and leasing office agent, Berenice Bermudez, went above and beyond from day one. They were consistently welcoming, patient and supportive with every request we had, answering always all our questions with professionalism and genuine care. Trail Run has a fantastic facility. The amenities they have are great. And what I love most as a dog lover is the dog washing station. Most importantly, the buildings and apartments are spacious and clean. The staff there is very lovely as well. Berenice helped me on a tour. She was very accommodating as I was running late and still allowed me to have the full time for our tour. She was very knowledgeable about the property and what each unit offered.
