I enjoy my apartment at Trail Run, but my experience as a single, non-American female living here has included several troubling incidents that need to be acknowledged. When I first moved in last year, a purse was left beside my door, it was an unusual situation in an otherwise spotless hallway. Even the moving company I hired asked if it belonged to me. I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is peaceful and quiet, which makes it easy to relax after a long day. The office staff is always friendly and supportive—they go out of their way to help with any questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the team is always courteous and professional. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home, I highly recommend this apartment community.
Cheap quality, very thin floors if you have upstairs neighbors. Management is unpleasant but made my move out quick and painless. Washing machine wasn't hooked up and flooded my apartment.
We lived at Trail Run for 5 years, and our experience was truly exceptional. Our property manager Brianna Brockett, and leasing office agent, Berenice Bermudez, went above and beyond from day one. They were consistently welcoming, patient and supportive with every request we had, answering always all our questions with professionalism and genuine care.
