An absolutely amazing practice. Dr. Glenna and her clinicians are true maestros. The attention to detail and level of care are on another level. Not to mention how welcoming and friendly the staff are. Couldn’t be happier with my smile and my experience there. Trail Orthodontics is a collection of tooth superheroes and real professionals. If you need any orthodontic work done, there is no question that this is the place!
Front desk staff are very pushy and not accommodating. We have twins that both have braces and have been back and forth MANY times for unnecessary and careless reasons. When our son got his braces, who is ASD (and they know this) we weren’t even allowed to sit beside him —yet they claim it’s about “privacy,” even though there aren’t any partitions between patients.
