Front desk staff are very pushy and not accommodating. We have twins that both have braces and have been back and forth MANY times for unnecessary and careless reasons. When our son got his braces, who is ASD (and they know this) we weren’t even allowed to sit beside him —yet they claim it’s about “privacy,” even though there aren’t any partitions between patients. I can’t say enough good things about Trail Orthodontics! My sister had her braces here a few years ago, and after seeing her great experience, I’ve been a patient myself for over two years. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Grykuliak and their team! From the very first consultation to the final appointment, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. My treatment plan was clearly explained, and I always felt comfortable and cared for. Really nice Orthodontics facility and has service.I love how nice the staff, but I wish it was open more often.
