I called a few days ago to make an appointment. The receptionist that answered the phone greeted me as though she were at home, which I thought was odd and unprofessional. I'm a new patient, and so didn't know what days they're open. I specifically asked her if they were open on Saturdays. She said yes, and told me what time to come in. When I showed up for my appointment, the door was locked. I was early, so I thought perhaps they just open late.
