This trucking company is not reliable at all. JOSE IS THE WORST PERSON I HAD TO DEAL WITH!!! We had a shipment with 2 pieces , arrived damaged!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This trucking company is not reliable at all. We had a shipment with 8 pieces. The driver unloads 7, says, "Sorry, can't find it. It's probably buried in the back." and then LEAVES. I spend the next three days calling Trail Lines trying to track down that last item that our customer has already been waiting 3 months for and never receive a response. Because of Trail Lines incredibly slow delivery, our orders from a particular manufacturer takes twice as long! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
After assuring me that my shipment would arrive in 3 weeks along with paying my order in advance the company failed to meet their part of the bargain. For personal issues the driver decided that he would not be delivering my items that were already purchased and paid in full. Instead of bringing them to the warehouse as insisted he took it upon himself to send them back to California were they originally had come from.
