If you are thinking about hiring them DON'T. Please read this first! We have hired them multiple times and have not yet had a smooth delivery. Their trucks are always broken, the drivers are always sick. The delivery that should take 3-5 business days usually takes 3 weeks. The last time we hired them their driver left multiple pieces of furniture in the middle of the street, while we have a loading dock and "lost" a 110 inches table top giving us over $600 in losses and can care less on address any of them issues. Trail lines picked up a expensive custom cabinet from a manufacturer in September 2022 and did not deliver to us until January 2023 and it was damaged. All paper work was noted with the driver of all damages and pics taken. After many calls and emails they refused to replace it with a new one and picked it up March 31 and still have not returned it to us repaired.
