A text from a friend today, June 2. "√√√√√√√√√Please be aware that I am in danger, mental health wise. My bed has not worked since I moved here, the lights on 24 [not] getting enough sleep. Nutrition deprevation - not able to contact dietician to discuss.
My loved one was her for over 3 years until I had enough of the poor service and lack of communication with the office administration staff. Residents would go without proper pads and cleaning of rooms. Roam off the property. Call for HELP without response for long periods. Personal items would always be stolen and used on others. I thought it was going yo be s nice place for my mom very clean. No smell. But looks are deceiving. My mom was there for 21 days for rehab. She was there now for 1 week 1/2 and she came in with bell palsey on her lefted side which she was unable to eat right.and bad headache. My mom was s pickie eater. Her food had to be prurad. My father passed in their facility on January 11. We did not receive a statement of sympathy, instead we received a phone call one week after he passed stating we needed to pay his balance for the month. The bill was paid in full in February, and on March 23, we received a FINAL NOTICE letter demanding payment (which had been paid weeks earlier).
