Our Trail Kitchens kitchen pod FF is every thing we expected. We purchased the FF for our Transit Van as we liked the compact footprint. Did I want to wait the 12-14 weeks, no, but I am glad I did. Support from Hans has been very good, have learned texting Hans often gets the quickest response, and many of my questions can be answered on the Trail Kitchens YouTube channel. I did a lot of research before deciding on a Van Kitchen from Trail Kitchens for our Ford Transit Van, and I'm very satisfied with my choice. Ordering was simple, except for deciding on which finish, and the galley was built within the projected time. When I had questions, Hans was quick to get back to me with an answer. They are arrogant and don’t live up to their agreement. We refuse to go further with them. Don’t make the mistake of using Trail Kitchens, or whatever they are using now as the name. Buyer beware!
Trail kitchen leaks bad. Terrible customer service. Overpriced and lacks ingenuity.
