Trail kitchen leaks bad. Terrible customer service. Overpriced and lacks ingenuity.
Hans and his Trail Kitchens crew came highly recommended by some seasoned adventure van buddies of mine. I’m very happy with their installation of my transit sliding door window and Falcon suspension upgrade, and with all the DIY feedback and tips they provided along the way. I’d discount the negative reviews you see from the Covid era Trail Kitchens has since staffed up significantly, moved into a larger space & beefed up inventory. My experience is that they set expectations reasonably and communicate proactively.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Took 4 months to get my order and a few weeks after it arrived they send me a hidden freight charge of $400. They came up with every excuse in the book and practice horrible business. 0/10 scum bags. The slide out works well tho.
Build quality is high end but I’m not satisfied with my experience. Had a lot of trouble with communication and customer service. Product was delayed multiple times and 4 quoted completion dates were missed. Each time I got no communication and only found out after reaching out to Hans. He was unapologetic and offered no ownership of any delays or issues.
