I wanted to get back into riding after a couple of years away. When I walked in and told them what I was looking for they showed me some bikes (so many places don’t carry this much inventory) and they had the size and the Specialized brand and model I was looking for! George installed pedals and let me give it a spin around the parking lot. He took some time making sure I was getting what I wanted, adjusted everything and made the experience easy.
