I posted a review several years ago, but had another superb customer experience at TF bikes this week. Iv'e been a customer at this shop for over 20 years and I can attest that there isn't a better bike shop in Nashville. George, the owner, has taken care of all my bicycle needs whether it was a new bike, or repair to an older Performance Brand bike. Love this shop- they take care of everything we need. If they don’t have it, they’ll get it. Low key and laid back bike guys.
My husband just purchased a new bike from this place and we were both very impressed with all the people that helped us and what they have in the shop. Great selection of bikes and professional fittings done by an expert bike fitter which my husband took advantage of and we both learned more about the healthiest ways to ride a road/gravel bike. We will definitely be back in the future!
I recently bought a Specialized Turbo Creo 2 Expert here. The experience was first class in all ways. This shop has people who are knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful about all things bicycle. I'm 73 and have been on a road bike for over 25 years. I have been to different bike shops. Many of them were nice and helpful. I have never met people who have this amazing combination of integrity, expertise, and a caring way. I learned that I have spent recent years on the wrong size bike.
