We were on the road from Phoenix and my wife backed into a tree and crunched the reaction on my new Specialized upcatvtge lake. I emailed T&F on Saturday and told them we were leaving for Michigan Friday and they ordered my rim Saturday and rushed install for me and had it ready today. The service was awesome and so good I purchased a new Sirrus 2.0 when I picked my bike up. Exceptional customer service.
