I had Trail Dogs Off-Road install a new top on our Jeep Wrangler. From the moment Evi greeted me at the reception desk until I the work was complete and I was leaving, I was made to feel warm and welcomed. The work was performed as described in the estimate in a timely manner and looks great. Evi followed up on a price for another upgrade I want to do and got back with me the same day. Great folks and great work at Trail Dogs Off-Road. I will be back .
Extremely disappointing experience. I spent nearly $4,000 based largely on a diagnosis that failed to resolve the reason I brought my Jeep in. I brought my 1993 Jeep to Trail Dogs for an oil leak. I was told the rear main seal and oil filter area were leaking, so I authorized roughly $1,166 in repairs. Afterward, I was told it had been repaired and test driven: essentially, “No more leaks!
