Hi, I would like to make a review regarding Triad Complete Healthcare in Kingfisher. First off I would like to say that I have been going there for almost a year now because I had bad experiences at Mercy. Secondly, Rachel and Amy were great people and I am not sure what all happened and why they are not there but that is none of my business. Here recently from my experience it seems like nobody at this clinic is on the same page. Rachael was awesome and very thorough it's unfortunate she is no longer there but NP Olaide has stepped in and is very set on her own views without listening to my concerns or needs I don't want to get too much into detail on this review about my last visit because it was that horrible and chaotic because she lies but I will say this, I will continue to advocate for myself at this moment staff just has my side of the story versus her si... read more
Let me just say this, im not a drug seeker like the dr was implying by his hateful attitude! Right when he came in he said : before I say anything im not giving opioids! Ive been on pain meds 19 years! He didn't ask me anything about why im needing them. He offered one med and I said no. He said ok were done then. Not a thank you or have a nice day nothing! Ive never been treated like this by a dr! He seriously needs to be in another line of work!
Dr.O is amazing. Listens to any problems you may be having and solves them. She is very kind and a wonderful bedside manner.
All the good reviews are for doctors who are no longer working there. I would stay far away from this clinic. Jo, the office manager is absolutely terrible. She has 0 sympathy or empathy for anyone. She spoke bad about her staff in front of patients. You could hear her talk about patients from the waiting room and the medications they were taking. I heard her call a patient a ‘pill seeker’.
