I have been dealing with Jeff at what used to be Trail Auto Body Shop, now Penske Collison since 2015. You walk in and feel welcomed. Yesterday l brought my car in because the sunroof tubes were clogged. Jeff and Rick made my day! I was in and out before l knew it. I would absolutely recommend this body shop, they are awesome!
It was a great experience. Upon arrival, the customer service was excellent. They provided a clear orientation regarding my concerns. Following the collision, the company staff was very helpful, providing detailed information about my car's situation and sending updates. It was also easy to speak with the person in charge, leave a message, and receive a call back the same day.Very good parking lot and professional work. Rick and the team at Penske Collision West Palm Beach are absolutely phenomenal! Each person was polite, professional and attentive. They fixed my car in a timely manner with exceptional service and care! This was the best experience I’ve had with a vehicle repair center. I would recommend Penske Collision to anyone in the area and will be going to them for any future repairs, they are truly outstanding!

The auto body work on the car was done really well, and we were happy with the repairs. However, the customer service afterward was disappointing. After we realized an expensive rubber weatherproof rear mat was missing from the car, multiple calls were made to try to resolve the issue. We were told to come back, but when we did, there was no note or follow-up regarding the missing mat.
