Unfortunately the second time someone hit my car but these guys here at Penske took care of the damage and had my car looking brand new. Thanks to Julio who helped me out both times.
I arrived at exactly 4:00 PM after driving over an hour, well within business hours (they close at 5:30 PM). Diana Arrocho was immediately dismissive and rude, stating she didn’t want to take any more clients and told me to return on Monday. Her attitude was unprofessional and clearly showed a lack of interest in helping customers.
